$15.80 US i really dont think is too far fetched. if you dont use EMS (Minouche: did it come to you EMS?) and just use regular priority its really not that expensive to send overseas.
here, ill show you...
i needed to send someting to japan. nothing heavy just a payment for something i bought...
EMS would have cost me $37USD... or she said i could do first class air mail… which was 60 cents. :P
USPS and Canada Post are two different postal systems =P
Our shipping rates are completely different
yes beatrush but the last time i checked, Canada doesnt accept US currency.
Minouche said that when the package came that it cost $15 USD … you see what im saying?
the man couldnt have sent it in canada if he paid for it in US dollars. soooo… he ripped him off. :O

I am sorry to hear that.
I am actually surprised everyone is focusing on the price. It was pretty obvious the guy "rounded" the price to 620 USD to get more money. Minouche, if you purchased so many things from the USD and/or Canada you knew shipping could not be that expensive. The difference was for his pocket. It is not that much money considering the current USD/EURO exchange rate.
For me, the real scandal is that the guy wrote "It is labeled as A1 END (Key Cel)" in the auction, while in reality this is an A5 cel stuck to an unmatching background. That is clearly a huge lie that changes everything. If 620 USD doesn't seem that much for an A1END of Majin Vegeta, it is a lot for an A5.
To avoid that kind of problem, 2 solutions:
- if the cel number is not visible on the auction pictures (it is the case here and it is obvious the seller did it on purpose), ask for more pictures.
- check the cel by watching the video.
The seller is definitely a conman but you should have been more careful. I personally never buy a cel before I checked the video and made sure the cel number makes sense.
Anyway I hope you get some money back.

Thank you Iceman for your good talks -_- , I usually buy with external contacts and you know that, not from ebay. But when you find a cel you want on ebay, you want it, that's it. What do you mean by "professionnal" ?? Professionnals I know are good sellers, but they do not have that kind of cel, and this one from this sequence was on ebay, not anywhere else, so this is useless to talk about not buy on ebay. This time it was ebay ^^another time it will be elswhere, I don't mind/care about where the cel is bought, the fact is that the seller add some overmoney on the bill. This is 1 : not fair, 2 : not in ebay and paypal policies. So I complained and I told you, that's it :-)

To Olivier :
Thank you for your kind words. Actually I verified the sequence, and I knew the cel wasn't an A1end, I knew too that the bg wasn't matching. Stuck or not, I don't care for THIS sequence. What I blame here, is the fact the this guy added some money because obviously he wanted to sell it for more.

Maybe some of you saw it earlier : before putting it on a simple auction, he put it as a buy it now, for 649 or 699 USD. No one bought it. I think he wanted to get as close as he can on the final auction's price than he initially expected.

Anyway, thank you for having read all this, just : take care of him. If you really want a cel, like me here, prepare simply yourself to pay more than expected. here, I don't care paying 70 USD, this is really purely because this is not honnest from him, I just have to tell the story.

LOL ahhh, okay. Reason I was thinking Canada Post is because the auction says it is being sold from BC Canada. I am just gonna blame this on my flu and go back to bed now :hurt:

YOU WILL REALLY LAUGH HERE :

Here is what I received today.
I hope this person is on the forum to answer and tell his story about the SAME seller :

"
Hi there I know we don't know each other but you will understand easily why I need your help. I could see you bought the majin cel vegeta from shilocklive seller, you're going to laugh but me too. Indeed I forgot to bid and asked him if the winner (you in fact) finally decided not to get it as it happens sometimes to let me know since I would be interested in getting it. He told me you didn't pay and was ready to send me the cel. i payed asap (like you, fees, expensive shipping cost...) but as a cel addict you know how stubborn we can be when we like a cel emotion. The parcel was finally not sent in express and he sent me of course a wrong cel, from super vegeta. I claimed through paypal. but they can only do something if it isn't received. even if the item isn't the good one they can do nothing. As I could read you had bad transcation with him, I wanted to know if we could do something together, I paid 607$ for a super vegeta cel I don't care about and i'm very sad angry. Best

I think I side with Olivier on this one. If you know that you're meeting Jade Fox at the end of a dark alley, and you know what she's selling you is not the real Maltese Falcon, then IMHO you pretty much have to bless your lucky stars that you got something for your money and didn't get robbed and roughed up to boot.

You now own a perfectly good bridge, even if it doesn't connect Brooklyn and Manhattan, and even if you seriously overpaid on the shipping, I'd call it a happy ending, considering the risk you took.

Just my 50 yen: hearing stories like these, I'm just as happy to be a sly 1000-yen YJ minnow in cel collecting rather than a $620-a-bite eBay shark.

Uh, dude, I ask for USD and I live in Canada. It gets converted. Lots of Canucks do that. O_o When you put a listing on ebay it asks what currency you want to use.
