Favorite online anime stores!

Post by Shampoo »

Hiya peeps! :D

So I'm browsing for a couple of odds and ends anime stuffage I've
been putting off what seems like f-o-r-e-v-e-r and once
I sit down and start clicking away in my bookmarks.. I realize
"Geez has it been that many yrs??"
:P

Most of the anime sites I bought from are now either
closed or have moved their url elsewhere. :bwall

So I thought it might be fun to create a thread of just
a list of urls to people's favorite anime shops online and
what they like to shop there for! :hello

Partly as a resource for everyone (in the end have a nice
long legit list), and chiefly for my own lazy means to shop w/o
going thru google-land.
LMAO!
:hitting: :rollin

Heres a few I buy from and what I primarily use them for:

Anime Castle - small items and plush
Animaxis - fastners, promo goodies, cel straps
Hobbyfan - garage kits, figures

I don't really get much anime etc any more, but when I did it was from:

Amazon.co.uk http://www.amazon.co.uk (mostly for manga, sometimes DVDs)
Amazon.co.jp http://www.amazon.co.jp (artbooks, DVD's and the odd toy)
Tamarket.com.au (as someone has mentioned above)
JpQueen http://www.jpqueen.com/ (fantastic for manga and smaller anime goods)
CD Japan http://www.cdjapan.co.jp (can be a little pricey, but they get amazing stuff in)

Oh man! I totally forgot about Right Stuf and cdjapan!
They are AWESOME! Especially the right stuf sales!
Sometimes you can get the dvd boxsets even cheaper than
Amazon.

Heres a few more:

Wizzy wig - snacks and gashapons
Anime Pavilion - pre-painted figures
Toylet - figures and gashies
