Wow! Cool pumpkin, jcaliff!! Our pumpkins are Homestarrunner characters this year. Our neighborhood already did trick-or-treat last weekend (Don't ask.... our neighborhood is full of old people who wanted to make sure we had a sensible rain date planned :? ) and my guys went as a pirate and a zombie Groucho Marx. :D (My eldest has a weird sense of humor... gets it from his dad. ;))

AWESOME pumpkin!!! 8O
I'm signed up to host some kids from Ebeye to Trick or Treat on Kwajalein, but I still don't know if I'm going to training on the 1st or not, or if I'll have to leave on the 29th. X| (it's the 27th here today - nothing like last second decisions folks)
I'll paint my face and hands as a skeleton and wear a robe (if I don't go to training before the 31st).

'Why don't we just mix up absolutely everything and see what happens?' he said.
And Ridcully responded with the traditional response. "It's got to be worth a try,' he said

Ronin wrote:Well in the spirit of Halloween and seeing that Beta has already got in the spirit of it, I was wondering what everyone has planned for the Nightmare before Christmas! I know you Americans usally do something exciting, so hopefully someone has something exciting to tell...anyone have any interesting costumes or parties to go to then?! :)
My friend Spoony, from the UK, said that Halloween isnt something
older people really celebrate. Like, they have themed parties maybe.
But older people don't trick or treat or anything. That's a shame! I
love free candy! That, and I like wandering the neighborhood, causing trouble. :dlook

I might just drink or something. What are your plans, Pandy? Anything?

Well for me its dressing up as prolly Master splinter from the ninja turtles my other 4 friends are the turtles (im the oldest so ive got to be splinter X| ) Saturday the house i lived at (a golf caddy scholarhips house) is putting up $1500 to have a party with a frat who is matching that amount....something aobut 15 kegs or something obscene like that...so i might check it out. 8) .

1500 for a party seems crazy to me but then i see people paying 1500$ for a piece of acetate or paper with some paint or scribbles on it...XD But i love them both...parties and cels/sketches!!!

The Doctor : … and then, just to finish off, I’m going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky !
Dalek : But you have no weapons ! No defenses ! No plan !
The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?

I've got a field trip to go to for Halloween. I'll be spending the weekend with a hundred or more kids from our English Club (my job) and I'll be one of the leaders. I'm on the BLACK CAT team, too!! YAY!! I went to go get some costume stuffs at Tokyu Hands today...but my schedule doesn't let me get into town any earlier than 7:45...so by the time I got there, it was closed. Crap closes at 8 here, it's no fun!!!! But, those are my plans for Halloween this year. It should be fun.

Probably take myself out to supper and a movie so I don't get home until it's
late enough I don't have to deal with trick or treaters.
