Yeah, it's probably spam.
Never click the link in the email. If it tells you to, just delete it.
There's been a big upsurge in email like that lately. If you can get on your yahoo without trouble, and there's no notice in your yahoo account, delete the mail.

Sounds like what happens to me practically every day with Paypal---- tons of fruity emails that look legit asking me to enter passwords and have my account under suspension---- until I forward them to spoof@paypal.com they come back saying "Yep, they're bogus--- we're shutting them down"

I hope that every fake i send in helps but somehow I feel theyll never stop.

Dont worry bout it. Always enquire first from an address reccomendded on the actual site in question.
Keep on keepin' on Dilandau.

I dunno. I give-up. I may or may not have email in a few days. Someone has chosen to feck with me in a big, big way (had to change password again. didn't respond to the other email. whether it was a spoof or not. the world may never know. but someone has my personal info and. . .)and. . . if I disappear for a while. >_<

Yep, definately spam. A good rule of thumb with emails is that if you really have to do something for ebay/paypal, etc., it will let you know when you sign into your account. You never, ever have to do anything by clicking on a link in an email. Never. Actually, I've never had yahoo send me an email anyway--and I've been using yahoo mail for about four years or so.

But I have gotten some funny emails in my university email account. :D I'll even quote one for you. It's kind of nasty (as in human anatomy) so I've put it in spoiler brackets:
Sensational revolution in medicine!

Enlarge your penis up to 10 cm or up to 4 inches!

It's herbal solution what hasn't side effect, but has 100% guaranteed results!

Don't loose your chance and but know wihtout doubts, you will be impressed with
results!
Now, look at that little pink symbol under my avatar. That's right, I'm a girl, and I always have been. I get these and emails of this sort on a regular basis, and they just make me laugh.
