If you do send them back (and I would...) do take Kittens' advice and do registered, whatever you can to have tracking and a siggie.

Here's why: last fall I got thoroughly ripped off by a halloween costume seller who took my money and avoided all consequences by sending me an envelope with a tracking number and nothing more than a wadded-up piece of paper in it. Because the post office had a record of the matching tracking number having been delivered to our address, paypal couldn't do anything else about it. Mail fraud or no.

In the long run, I decided that a $20 costume wasn't worth the expense of taking legal action ;)

And I'm with Zag... man, I'm too hard on clothes to spend real money on them! Target R Us!

Well, she FINALLY refunded my money today!!! :vict :vict HALLELUJAH! I didn't have to file a dispute with paypal!!! :yay:

She DID deduct shipping, paypal fees, and e-Bay fees, which kind of cheesed me off, since she sold me fake jeans and made me pay for shipping back to her. So the entire thing ended up costing me almost $30 :x But I got a LOT more than that back so I'm VERY happy.

We will not be leaving each other feedback for this transaction. :rollin

That's great news, Lynxa! I'm glad you were able to get a refund! :yay The deducted fees suck ( :evil: ), and I guess I could always say something like "well, something's better than nothing", but.... that sucks. :evil: :evil:

Best of luck on your next jeans purchase. ^^;;

Indeed it does suck.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
