I went to look up some of my family on there. An theres no pictures of the houses..Guess they havent taken many of Mo yet..lol

I like that feature. It comes in handy.

I've used it when I travel. It lets me become a little familiar with the area before I travel there. I used it to show me how the area around the Long Beach Courthouse looked when I had jury duty. I used it to give me an idea on where the bus stops were so when I needed one I knew where to walk to.

I can see the mall that I work at, but a block and a half to the west where I live on the intersecting major boulevard they've yet to take pictures on it. Otherwise you'd be able to see the recent four story riverboat sized monster empty condo from hell that's now blocking our view of the Palos Verdes hill. X|

My dad of course would rather the general public not be able to look up our house whenever they want. So he's perfectly happy about there being no pictures of this street. :)

location-view venture. :P

Not really so much about Google map roadviews but
similar. It does raise the concern a few folks on here have
chimed in about privacy. :?

i think google street views have been around for a while, no? :D

i admit, i 've used them for visiting friends in NY when i couldn't for the life of me tell all those ev buidlings apart.
