While it is true that riding ATVs does not automatically equal death, 1/3 of all ATV fatalities are of people under the age of 16.

sorry i just thought that was funny. i am not well-informed on this issue, but i will say that i personally would not allow my 12 yr old to drive a 90cc unsupervised. or a horse for that matter. but i am not about to vote for an entire country of 12 yr olds.-

That's incorrect. All items, including computers and cameras, can be searched, without a warrant, at all points of entry along the US border.
