Yups lack of training does sound like the issue then.
I know all dogs aren't bad. Usually it would be the owners fault anyways.
Cats are generally not stupid enough to pick fights with creatures nine times their mass.
Usually but i've known a couple dumb ones that have. One was just a dog that wanted to play and after a cat scratch the large dog just backed way off and the other...well the end result was it being tossed around like a rag doll. That cat was lucky my Mother was there to scare the dog off. Idiots are in all species it seems.
