Year of the Metal Tiger, to be exact. Each year also has an accompanying element as well. For a wood element creature, metal probably isn't the best combination....eyes0nme19 wrote:Since 2010 is year of the tiger.
I will be giving out laicee next week. Everyone gets a $1 coin and the kids get the Doreamon & Disney envelopes. I give out cutesy envelopes to the kids - they like it more than the money.
I spent most of my day at work due to being scheduled for overtime as well. I treated myself to yakitori last night.
I celebrated on Friday and headed out to Dave & Buster's with my husband. I have to practice my UFO skills for my return trip in October.

I woke up on Valentine's Day to find that my husband left me a nice spread with candles - but, he fell asleep and left the candles burning....right next to the paper box of chocolates

I tried to remind myself, as I cleaned up candle goo, that it was the thought that counts.
