The Doctor : … and then, just to finish off, I’m going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky !
Dalek : But you have no weapons ! No defenses ! No plan !
The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?

He's a moose! Actually, he's one of the smallest(in height) Golden's I've raised. He's really buff, though. 65lbs of pure muscle. Your little menagerie is coming along nicely as well. Glad to hear everyone is doing fine. Beautiful kitty-cat.hanaeleh wrote:Blueheaven- Painter is getting to be so big!! I remember when you said you got him!

Nearlly as good as Rudy the second, hehe, is that his offical title Joost?

Awww! he's great! And yeah ya gotta love his attitude!! So do you take him for walks then!?
And zerospace, is Ares a house rabbit? My friend insists she wants to get a house rabbit as she says they're better trained than cats, well so she's heard! Your rabbits a real doll tho! Well cute, but long claws!

Mostly it's go outside, sniff the plants in order, chew on some grass, maybe a roll, maybe a short chase, sit and watch the world not go by.
Then it's inside for treats if he's been a good boy.

He is such an outdoor cat that when they made the rule of no cats outside unless on a leash, I didn't really have too much trouble training him to the leash/halter at all. If he ever gave me any trouble, I'd just scoop him up and take him back inside and not give him any treats. He's really good now.
Of course, now he wants to go for walks several times a day. Every day.

My parents keep my dog, b/c of her special needs, but i do have a kitty, which i've had for a month or 2 and he finally got a name (other than kitty) and i've called him Bebop. He's just sooo cute. ^_^
Here's my boy thinking I should be playing with him:

Heres my boy saying "awe mom, not more pictures!!!"

And for the dog lovers, here's a pic of my sweet lil pekingese:

Cute pets! I have a mutt named Wolfy - 91 lbs, part German Shepherd dog and part husky. A hairy lovable beast. Imposing, though. When he sits in the door watching the world go by, most people say, "Whoa! Big puppy!"
And we adopted Felix, a tortoise-shell little girl kitty. My son named her. I wanted to call her Sydney, but mostly I call her Miss Kitty, Miss Puss, Miss Priss, Prissy Butt, Catster, or "Get out off the table, you stupid cat!"

I had to laugh reading this, Leah! The contrast between your "very outdoor" cat and my "extremely indoor" one is too funny. My cat is horribly curious about the outside world --- as long as she can view it from behind the safe glass of the window or patio door. If you open a door to go outside, she darts off in the opposite direction. It's like she loves being inside and has no intention, ever, of heading outdoors again. Silly critter.aernath wrote: He is such an outdoor cat that when they made the rule of no cats outside unless on a leash, I didn't really have too much trouble training him to the leash/halter at all. She's sitting here on top of my sketch boxes right now, staring at me as I type this. She must know it's about her.

She is indeed a TortoiseshellRonin wrote: Thanks for the comments about Pepsi Baakay, I think she appreciated the comments too!
I can't wait to see the pics of the 'Crotchedy Old Ladies'!!Heheh! Especially pics of Buffy who sounds like a Tortoiseshell too, if she’s anything like Pepsi! Get those pics up when you can!

We now have, in addition to the Crotchedy Old Ladies, two tropical fish: a female Sword-tail named "Dandelion" and a Black Mollie of indeterminite gender named "Midnight." Midnight is surprisingly social (never having had fish before I wasn't expecting much, but this is a really responsive fish!!) and Dandelion seems to be a shy girl

Pics to follow.

Thanks Ronin and Sugarflower! I have my little girls out at a stable next to a National Park, so it's not as expensive as being at a show stable. Since I don't show anymore, it's not really an issue.
Blueheaven- isn't she cute? She was dumped down at my stables and I took her home so she wouldn't get eaten by a coyote.
She's actually my dog's cat.
(I told him we could keep her if he stopped chewing stuff. It worked).
