Yeah, I used to live in Houston... I never thought about how damn big that state is until you want to drive to the west coast. Houston to Las Vegas is about a 24-26 hour drive if you don't stop, and the trip crosses 4 states (TX and NV included). You spend about 14 hours of that in Texas...
