I'm reusing an old costume with the addition of my white contacts and 'dead white' makeup. I didn't have a costume in mind, but I suppose I'm a killer dead student. :P

Interesting comparison.

Hi all, let me say I'm very impressed with all your costumes! Very talented bunch on here! I wanted to be like Jack Sparrow, but it had to be practical so as I could still cook and function in a fast paced kitchen, lol, so here I am http://www.anime-beta.com/phpBB/album_p ... ser_id=416

LOL, I'm a little worse for wear in it, it looked a lot better before the long hours of work, but you get the idea ^_^

I don't know why the kids who came to our door didn't say "Trick or Treat!" They just stood there while we filled their sacks with candy.

Maybe the boombox we had in the bushes playing naturalists' recordings of packs of wolves howling made the scene just a little too atmospheric.

Everyone looks just awesome!!!

My costume was kind of boring--I went as a college student. :D :P X|

But I did relearn a few lessons tonight:

1. Flipflops are not always the best foot gear. X|

2. My lil brother loves driving me nutz. He says he gets paid $5 a week to bug me and the other members of the family.

3. Never playfully smack your little sister on the bum while she is armed with a heavy trick-or-treating bag filled with candy. :hurt:

On a bit of a sidenote, my sister got some funny guesses on her costume. She went as a fairy princess, but she's in that awkward stage of her growth.

Basically, she's 12, tall for her age (almost my height--though that probably means nothing to anyone but kymaera :P ), and not very "developed" in the front. Plus, she's got dark brown hair (and thus dark brown eyebrows), and was wearing a platinum blond wig. Long story short, some people thought she was a drag queen. :? X| :D
