A little trouble sleeping last night gave me the perfect chance to rewatch my favourite Space Adventure Cobra story arc : the rugball one.

The Doctor : … and then, just to finish off, I’m going to wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky !
Dalek : But you have no weapons ! No defenses ! No plan !
The Doctor : Yeah ! And doesn’t that scare you to death ?

I had recorded Whisper of the Heart and watched it last night. Really wonderful! Now I finally know how it relates to The Cat Returns.

Okusama wa Joshikousei 13 (okay - 5.3):
I decided to watch the last episode because I wanted to know how the anime ended. I thought the ending was alright, but it didn't make me feel like going back and watching the earlier episodes. :^^:

Magikano 4 (okay - 5.3):
I always end up feeling the same way after each episode I watch. I like the first half more than the second (the second half is always more crazy than the first). The weird part was seeing the two censored scenes (ala Dokuro-chan). They put up those "Sorry-we-can't-show-you-this-bowing-down" screen similar to the Dokuro-chan censored screens.

Shakugan no Shana 16 (decent/fairly good - 5.7):
Pretty enjoyable conclusion to the arc. But I wish there were more explanations about what it was all about. There were just too many things that flashed by so quickly (from the novel). I need a novel reader to explain them to me. New KOTOKO opening next week? (I hope) ?^_^?

Rozen Maiden - Träumend 12 (decent - 5.6):
There's just about nothing to say that would NOT end up taking away from the show. I'll just say this: I thought the ending was alright and it kind of reminded me of another anime's ending (which is neither good or bad).

Fate/stay night 4 (decent - 5.6):
There's was a lot of talking in this one too, but at least they were getting something accomplished besides just explaining rules. :^^: The faces looked a bit simpler than the previous three episodes, but the drop in quality wasn't THAT much. Now I just need to find a completed anime blog of this episode to find out what they were talking about. (Get back from dinner you, you...) :D

Kage Kara Mamoru 3 (watching it unsubbed - okay - 5.3):
Somehow I missed getting this last week. :? This wasn't as funny as the first two episodes viewed unsubbed, but it was funny enough. This is rapidly turning into a regular "harem anime". Not that there's anything wrong with that. :^^: It got kind of weird there at the end. :puzzled

I don't like Kagihime Monogatari or Kasimasi enough to continue watching them raw. :(

Why now? Only just? Where would you look for a completed anime blog of this episode to find out what they were talking about.

I did an eight episode marathon of Monster to finish off the series on Friday.
Only watched a few things over the weekend: Fate Stay Night, Koi Koi 7,
Kamichu, Akahori Gedou, Bincho-tan and Kashimashi.

Where? I have never heard of an eight episode marathon of Monster to finish off the series on Friday.

Heh...

Hehehehe...

I'm definitely in trouble now because I started a series that may be my undoing. After looking at Pudge's location for ages now I decided "what the hey... one episode of Hikaru no Go is not enough." :P

worst of all ... I decided I HAD to figure out how to play this game (finally). Mind you that I completely reek at any kind of game that requires that sort of thought process... chess, bridge, fuggedabowdit. But I found a learn Go online site.

"I need to go to bed! But...let me just do this one more lesson..."

:coffee:

:D

Oh yeah, also caught up on all of the above, Ueki, Shana, Beet (there's a show I have NO clue why I love... :P)

On that note. . . Is it just me, that'd I'd be absolutely shocked after having watched this, that you could actually buy the boxset at Wal-mart?! *laughs* Not that I mind, totally convenient that I could by it at Wal-mart, I was just wondering what had happened to their ultra-conservative buyers the day those got ordered.

I just finished watching Revolutionary Girl Utena (TV series). I liked it a lot, although I'm still trying to figure out exactly what it all meant. I think I may need to do a lot of thinking on that one, though. :emb

I also recently watched the first 9 episodes of Tenshi ni Narumon, thanks to Sensei, who so generously provided me with the show. So far, I really love it, and can't wait to get time to watch more.

...

Oh, and ... um ... Howl's Moving Castle ... again. :D

:run (<--- runs off, to hide in shame)
