Cases like these make me soooo mad. While this guy definitely deserves to serve time, I won't go as far as death penalty. But what I would like to do is to spread cat food on his naked body and set hundreds of hungry cats on him

This reminds me of the recent case where a young guy in Australia was filmed sparring with a kangeroo and boxing it unconscious. Made my blood boil when I saw the vid on the news. If I get my hands on him, I'll give him a taste of my fists

People who kill and abuse children and others most likely began with abusing animals.....
That's exactly right! You have to teach children not to be abusive to animals or anything... Even if they are abusive to their toys, like ripping the heads off their dolls... You really have to teach them early....
If the child has the tendency to be violent or abusive then keeping them from abusing specific things does just that, it keeps them from abusing those specific things. It's not that they rip a doll's head off one day and they get an adrenaline rush and go "ooooooooohhhh fuck yeah". It's that they have emotional or social problems stemming from somewhere and that's how it's manifesting itself. You have to kill the root to get rid of the weed.
That's Absolutely Right NSP!!! I couldn't agree more!!! Image

They Need Love!!! Image

LOVE!!!! Image LOVE!!!! Image LOVE!!!! Image

Love is the Solution!! Image

Give them love! And they'll love you back! Image

NO, no they don't, they need to be raised properly. If all you do is love on your kid without restrictions you'll have a kid who goes behind the garage and tortures frogs.

If a kid tortures frogs!!! Image They will feel the love of my wrath! Image

And they would never touch a frog again... Unless it's eighth grade Biology.... Image

Poor frogs... pinned to the dissecting tray !!! Image

I remember... like half of the class was throwing up with the cow eyeballs...

maybe not rape since men can't be raped, but something along those lines)
Men can most certainly be raped. That's why incoming prisoners fear meeting Bubba.[/quote]
No only women with the "V" organ can get raped...men get "Sodo..." well you know the term....:

Give them love! And they'll love you back!
Unless they already have mental problems....you can love them as much as possible and they can still end up killing animals or killing the parents.....

Just read the article to see what he did, and you know how many days they will give him???
He faces up to two years in prison if convicted.
That is total BS and a joke to our legal system...2 years???? HONESTLY??? For killing a pet??? That sucks....
Petcka's lawyer, Charles Hochbaum, admitted his client kicked the 8-year-old tabby and "swatted him really hard" after the cat bit him, but he said his client did not mean to kill him.

"This was a tragic accident," Hochbaum said. "It was not intentional."
ACCIDENT??? First off why would the cat bite him???? And second, If a cat bites you, you may run, or throw it, but not beat it to death....It was no accident....
He killed him because he was jealous and crazy....I hope he goes to jail for more than 2 years....

I agree totally that he should be punished...

but it costs like $20,000 to $60,000 to keep prisoners locked up per year.
Hello Lin. I work in a prison, but I am assuming that by "jail", you are not being specific to presentence. In the state of Ohio, our Department published the figure of $36,000 a year ( or $98.63 per day) to incarcerate a felon within the system. This is Department wide and then averaged out for the 42,000 incarcerated inmates in the State. I hope this helps you and you can find it useful.-Yahoo Answers-
