This reminds me of the recent case where a young guy in Australia was filmed sparring with a kangeroo and boxing it unconscious. Made my blood boil when I saw the vid on the news. If I get my hands on him, I'll give him a taste of my fists

That's Absolutely Right NSP!!! NO, no they don't, they need to be raised properly. If all you do is love on your kid without restrictions you'll have a kid who goes behind the garage and tortures frogs.RoboFlonne wrote:That's Absolutely Right NSP!!! Men can most certainly be raped. That's why incoming prisoners fear meeting Bubba.[/quote]maybe not rape since men can't be raped, but something along those lines)
Unless they already have mental problems....you can love them as much as possible and they can still end up killing animals or killing the parents.....Give them love! And they'll love you back!
That is total BS and a joke to our legal system...2 years???? HONESTLY??? For killing a pet??? That sucks....He faces up to two years in prison if convicted.
ACCIDENT??? First off why would the cat bite him???? And second, If a cat bites you, you may run, or throw it, but not beat it to death....It was no accident....Petcka's lawyer, Charles Hochbaum, admitted his client kicked the 8-year-old tabby and "swatted him really hard" after the cat bit him, but he said his client did not mean to kill him.
"This was a tragic accident," Hochbaum said. "It was not intentional."
I agree totally that he should be punished...moonrabitt wrote: ACCIDENT??? First off why would the cat bite him???? And second, If a cat bites you, you may run, or throw it, but not beat it to death....It was no accident....
He killed him because he was jealous and crazy....I hope he goes to jail for more than 2 years....
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 025AAu2AmbHello Lin. I work in a prison, but I am assuming that by "jail", you are not being specific to presentence. In the state of Ohio, our Department published the figure of $36,000 a year ( or $98.63 per day) to incarcerate a felon within the system. This is Department wide and then averaged out for the 42,000 incarcerated inmates in the State. I hope this helps you and you can find it useful.-Yahoo Answers-
