Really funny, or just plain dumb!

Post by shellie »

Having teen-aged nephews can be tons of fun... they show you things on the internet that us old people just wouldn't find on our own! ;)

If you want to completely waste 60 seconds or so, check out http://zombo.com/ . It really doesn't DO anything... but the guy's voice is mesmerizing. The longer I listened, the more it made me giggle. And after listening for a couple minutes and turning it off saying "How stupid is that!", I found myself clicking on it again to go back for a second chuckle! So maybe it's funny and maybe it's just dumb. You decide! :D (The guy even has t-shirts!! heeheehee)

Been there, done that, didn't buy the t-shirt.

Glad you liked it though.

Oh. You make the world a happier place.

Cloud, tell Chappy that he ISN'T going to make the world a happier place if he doesn't buy the t-shirt. Owning the t-shirt is the key to happiness. :P

OK I will tell Chappy that he is not going to make the world a happier place if he does not buy the t-shirt when I see 'em.

Well, Shellie, it looks like your nephews are in the same category as my little brother and his friends. :D

Have you seen this one?

Personally, I can't stand it, but my little brother thinks it's hilarious. :shrug

One of my personal favorites, but it's been around for years so a lot of people probably know about it:

There's all sorts of stuff to do on this site. My favorite game is Trogdor. Stomping villagers and burninating their huts--what's not to love?
http://homestarrunner.com/trogdor.html

And there's always Strong Bad's emails--little cartoon clips. My favorite if the "Japanese cartoon" one. :D

Oh my gosh, klet! My nephews and my little boys will crack up at the badgers! And it was indeed the same nephew who introduced me to homestarrunner about a year ago... cuz he knew Aunt Shell would love the Japanese strongbad!! The boys and I check the new Strongbad email every Monday! Love it!! :)

Sometimes I think love is just a biological urge. Other times LOVE seems like a spiritual quality. Love, unlike energy or matter, seems limitless.

You know, just like with most of Strong Bad's e-mails, there's a little Easter Egg at the end. Just move your cursor over the words Japanese Cartoons on SB's Compy 386! and click. Do it a couple of times - there's 2 different endings (with a 2nd Easter Egg in the 2nd ending).
