I'm looking, and I don't see any information about foreign entries. Yeah, all you are supposed to do is tape two of the entrance seals to either an official contest postcard or a government issue postcard, include your address, name, age, gender, and telephone number and mail to the address. You can enter as many times as you want, but it's one entry per postcard. Entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2005. There are 10,000 prizes - 3000 Pocky notebooks with pocky-shaped pens, and 7000 book cards.
