Leprechaun Run, anyone?

Post by aernath »

Not sure where to put this exactly. :puzzled

St. Patrick's Day is coming up, and of course I'm going to be doing something with my gallery for the occasion. But this year I thought I'd drag, erm, ask others to participate as well. :sweatdrop

Be thinking about which is your "Pot of Gold", paper or plastic, in your gallery, and why it is such to you.

More details forthcoming later.
All you need is your best or favorite piece, and the desire to participate! /no1

Nono, it's a chance for everyone to show off their best/favorite piece in their gallery. :)

I think Nono it is more than that.

Wow. She's only got one to go. 8O I would say that she'd snuggle with her Ichigo hanken, but she already does that on a regular basis, so . . . :P

Think of my fav? Hmmmm . . . this may take a while. Good thing you let us know in advance.

Wow.
Looks like about four takers???
This will be a short run....erm, jog.

Here's the plan.
Everyone decides which piece in their gallery is their "pot of gold" for whatever reasons (cost the most, is the most precious to you, etc).
You then send me the url link to that piece, and I'll put them in order of first received - first in line.
It starts at my gallery (duh). And the Leprechaun is running after his pot of gold. He's heard rumors of it being at my gallery. So I show him my pot of gold, but no, that's not it. But there's rumor of another pot of gold over here (next gallery), and off he goes.

You don't have to have a rubberslug gallery, just be able to put in the url for the next gallery in your description, and I've a little gif of a leprechaun dancing a jig to put on the page somewhere just for uniformity.

Anyway.
Maybe a little extra at the end of the run, but I'm still working on that. The password will depend on how many participants we get. :)

Deadline to send me a link will be 8MAR06. (The 9th for me.) That should give me time to pass on the links you'll need for the gallery following yours.

Come one, come all! The more, the merrier!

Email me your pots o' gold!!! Muwahahahahaha! :evil2 :evilblk

OH yeah, it'll run from the 12th through the 18th.

Of course I'm in ;) Just wanted to clarify that.

I know this will be good fun- it's very easy to take part in as well, so don't delay, register today!
As soon as the final number of participants are known, Aernath will be in touch with everyone to pass on the full details on exactly what to do and what this is all about- there's no nasty surprises and it's easy to follow.

It's a good way to spice up our galleries for a few days by introducing a little interactivity.

Well, to be honest, I don't need that much more, Cloud. Just trying to stick with the theme here, buddy. :)
