Airmail Parcel Post or Letter Post?
Question. If you take a cel or a background and place it in between two cardbord peices. Tape it all up well and slap an address label on it. Is this concidered something that can be mailed Airmail Letter Post? Or would I have to mail it out through Parcel Post? Thanks for the help. I'm really confused on this matter since I rarely ship internationally.

I've sent things out like that via Airmail Letter Post all the time. I think there is some sort of thickness/overall dimension guidelines, but I haven't hit them. I've sent from things in photo mailers, to the cardboard thickeners inside a bubble/padded envelope, etc., to England, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, without any problem.
The only crunch I've found shipping overseas is that we apparently have to be more detailed on the customs form than incoming things. I get things in that just say "artwork", but I had a package bounce back for saying that. I was told to indicate what kind of artwork, and how many sheets, etc.
You shouldn't have a problem with dimensions. But I do suggest putting the item inside a plastic sleeve, sealed, and completely sealing the outside perimeter of the "pacakaging".

Thank you for the help. I have some cels on eBay at the moment and wanted to give international bidders a chance at them. However I chose the option for Airmail Parcel Post and the shipping was over $15.00.
I then changed it to Airmail Letter Post which reduced the shipping price to about $10.00. I can't believe how much it costs to send items overseas.
Does it feel like when you purchase something overseas that to have it shipped to you in the USA it's a little cheaper, but when someone outside the USA purchases an item from here that shipping costs more for them?

More than a little, less than a lot.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
