Laf, I never knew you lived in NL :)

And yeah the house prices here are bloody ridiculous, but it makes one appreciate even the smallest home even more. *loves her two room, 650sqft apartment to bits*

Congratulations!

That is a lovely home, and yes it would be around $800 to $900 in parts of the bay area (Northern Cal).

I live in an old house, and while there are quirks the charm and coziness win out when I get back from a trip.

p.s. What a wonderful place for the "little ones" to run around in!
