Japanese Association Bazaar (12/1 - Carrollton, TX)

Post by iwakuralain16 »

Not sure how many of you live in the DFW area...

THey usually do one of these bazaars every year. The Japanese association also does fall festivals as well. I figured I would post the link to the flyer so if anyone wants to go they know where it is at. I went a couple of years ago and got this cool framed washi paper caligraphy thing for my wall for like $10... it was old and written in a older form of Japanese so even the Japanese people there had trouble reading it... it was kinda sad. They were all "Cherry blossoms... something" LOL Mostly Japanese people go to these events but I have seen more and more otaku show up to the festivals over the past few years. SO just to warn you... you may stick out a bit... (just a little bit...) LOL

I will be going! ^__^ Just wanted to get the word out to everyone! ^_^

That's really neat. I've heard of their festivals but have not attended one yet. Didn't even know they had bazaar. Sounds very cool, thanks so much for the info! :o
