Babylon Five Question

I've watched this Star Trek vs. Babylon Five video several times:

I'm unable to find any information on the three armed warship that appears at 7:12 of the video.

Does anyone know what species built that ship? Was it an advanced human ship? I've looked through Babylon Five websites, but am unable to find it and it's been a long time since I watched the series.

Anyone remember?

It's the Excalibur, from the Babylon 5 spinoff Crusade. A Minbari/Vorlon/ Human hybrid. Though they changed the name on the ship.
