I saw this story on Fark earlier today, the part that kills me is that the court sided with the man and convicted her based on such a lame story to begin with. No evidence, just a lame story and he wins, wow. Glad the apeal went better, but still.Kozakura, 38, was convicted last year of property destruction after a man said she kicked in the wooden door of his room and crawled inside, apparently because he was with another woman.
Unless there more to the story that's just plain wrong.
