This is exactly why I am not a gun owner... if I caught that guy... I would not hesitate to blow his head off.

Although people here do not sadistically mutilate cats, farmers will often shoot feral or stray cats. One of our current pets is a rescue cat who had a piece of buckshot lodged in his shoulder...

Someone has been skinning dogs alive in Central Ohio and dumping their bodies in creeks and rivers. A couple of months ago they found over a dozen pure bred greyhounds...its just so sick.

Sad thing is, it's probably a young boy doing it. Killing animals is often a symptom of conduct disorder in early childhood.

Yea sadly. Not sure if anyone has read the book titled "Enders Game" by Orson Scott, (great book) but there is a certain child who kills squirrels on his free time.. which ultimately leads to a troubled later life.. (I know its just a book but yea)

It is very disturbing, hopefully the person can get some help.

I heard about this...how horrible!! And you know whatever punishment he'll get won't be anything serious. Anyone who could torture and kill an animal is beyond disturbed.

I read today that if convicted on all counts, the sentence would be 154 years.
We can only hope.

They did say that his juvenile record had 2 offenses and was sealed.
