order a game from amazon japan through shopping mall japan

Hello Guys,

A few months ago I placed an order with shopping mall japan for a pre-order game at amazon japan . According to the site it says how may days since I placed the order and that it is still rrunning and pending . The game comes out november 12th and I still have not recieved an invoice or paid for this game . Whenever I preorder a game here more then likely I put down money or pay for the game outright before it is ordered for me . I have e-mailed Shopping mall japan with no response. As this game gets closer to release it is harder to locate . Has anyone used this service with shopping mall japan and did it work . please leave posts here about it .

I haven't used a deputy to order from Amazon Japan but I personally buy my imports from www.play-asia.com.

I've never used a deputy service to order things from Amazon Japan because they ship internationally, but I have ordered a lot through Shopping Mall Japan over the years. I've never waited more than about 24-48 hours to receive a reply when I send a question to SMJ, so I would do two things: (1) Check your spam folder -- you never know -- and (2) if the reply didn't get caught in a spam folder, I would resend your question to them in case it didn't get to them somehow.

If this is your first time ordering from Shopping Mall Japan, you might not know that they do pay for things before sending you an invoice. So I wouldn't let the lack of an immediate invoice worry you.

I have ordered from shopping mall japan for a few years now but never for an item on amazon japan, I did go to order this item myself but for some strange reason it said that it wouldn't ship this game out of japan . So in order for me to get this game I needed a go between and shopping mall japan was there.
