A few friends and I had this idea of creating our own online discussion forum that other people can join and share their stuff but we really have no idea on which web host server we should use to create such a place. we are willing to shell out a small amount of money to pay for domain and hosting fee each month but our budget is under 20$ monthly.

anybody here have any idea on what type of hosting we should be looking for(ex. business, sharing-host) and a good and reliable host place with preferably "unlimited" space, email, storage as such that'd fit into our budget? we would also like to design the website on our own, but some kind of site builder would also be nice.

any tips, help appreciated,
