Faster Moving Icons

Has anyone noticed that Beta's icons are moving faster than they used to?

The talking balloon icons seem to have picked up the most. Look how fast they move now:

Why are they moving so fast now?

I'm not in here as a technical answer-it, but I have noticed it depends on the computer I use and the internet connection attached to it.

Better processing power and beefier connection = hyperactive icons. I personally don't like it, but the icons are older and weren't meant for the upgrades over the years!

Now that's interesting. I opened another window with Internet Explorer and the icons move a low slower under it than they do with Firefox.

So apparently Firefox is the main culprit for the increased speed.

Now I have a speed adjustment option for playing Flash Games.
