Geographic location

Anime Beta looks more and more global.
Any way to create a world map like in Google stats to see the location of collectors around the globe ?

This thing: http://www.maploco.com/ will register when people check the page itâ€™s displayed on. It would change daily and only represent whoâ€™s visited recently.

Just the first thing that came to mind. Iâ€™m sure thereâ€™s a better application out there, esp if you wanted a map of all members and not just whoâ€™s checking frequently. That one would also have to be somewhere prominent or else people probably wouldnâ€™t go out of their way to click on it. I doubt people would want something like that crowding up the main page though.

It would nice to be able to make a new version of this since the old one we did was such a long ago. It's outdated now and a lot of those collectors are no longer here.

Ah that's too bad. A lot of websites have been making policy changes to generate more cash this past year.

My old Tripod cel site changed their policy a few months ago so that I can't update my webpage anymore unless if I paid them monthly for the privilege of doing so.
