Topic edit: Who would buy tees? (poll added)
LOL!
I had actually joked bout this idea a long time ago to a friend since I was thinking bout going to AX last yr.
Sounds like a great idea!
Thou I would vouch for diff T-shirt designs as well as T-shirt layouts
(babydoll, tanktop, shirt, spaghetti, etc)
I know as a chicklet I haaattteee it when theres only 1 form of the shirt and its always XL so I have to use my anime shirts as nighties cuz they dont fit right
OOooo! Im already excited about the possibilities! Id be happy to come up w/ some logos and/or designs! Im actually applying for an internship at David and Goliath Tees as we speak
Let me know if we all go thru w/ this.

See, I'm against that. The one size fits all rule should stand.Uende wrote:make different sizes and styles
The more different sizes there are, the more things can go wrong.
I can see it happening:
I am playing a game of poker or playstation soccer with my friends.
The postman rings (twice of course) and hands me over a package.
My friends ask me what it is and as I unpack it I proudly say :
"It's my Anime-Beta T... anktop..."

How well do you know these people?

Defintely not enough to be in possession of a tanktop around 'em.

I for one am in favor of IGWT NOT getting a tanktop (Or me, for that matter!).
I think a t-shirt would be a great idea... I don't know how you'd keep the costs down and get it personalized with your screen name, though.
I also think that maybe we might start out with just a plain ol' t-shirt for simplicity's sake... just with different sizes. This way there is no possibility of a tanktop mixup (who wears tanktops, anyway?), but people can still get sizes that will fit. XS, S, M, L, XL seem to be the most common, and I'm sure won't be a big deal, especially if they are ordered in advance.

I agree hanaeleh. Basic tees would be the most cost effective. As for personalization. . . you can get pretty good iron-ons now. That is, if someone would be willing to take the extra step to put 'em on.
Alas. . . I do believe we'd have to get more than ten people into this idea. I know the minimum order for most places is AT-LEAST 50 items (more likely 100).
Anyhoo. . it's up to the admins. They tell me to, I'd be more than happy to start researchin' it.
