I'm considering joining to go for the Trunks cel.

Nothing for me this time.
I have only had one truly memorable purchase since December 16th. I have really slowed.
So many auctions to look at, but so few auctions won. Nowadays I have more fun "saving auctions" than "winning" them.

The prices of these BWA items never ceases to amaze me. Trunks is already crazy high.

That's everything. I think there's a lot there, 30 pages of cels alone. The $5.50 is nothing when you're bidding on a couple of these pieces because they're mostly high-end items that go for over US$100-300 each. We've seen many pieces go for thousands over the years.gundamx2 wrote:So, is that all the cels for auction? Will they add more later or is that it?
If that's it, I feel like I wasted $5.50, lol.
I'm impressed with 6 or 7 auctions and will be going for a few. I won't name them because it only creates the possibility of more competition. However all I will say is Kojima genga and CATGIRL! Whoo hoo!!

YAY! Won my first BWA of October 2008! Got the Virus Buster Serge drawing by Masami Oburi; to finally have an original sketch by one of my favourite artists is so cool! There's still 5 or 6 items I'm bidding on so I'll see how they go. I've got a feeling I might be lucky this time round.
But to see the Akira douga/genga auctions- WOW! The first batch of three incomplete cuts sold for over 358,000yen and the follow up went for over 103,000yen. I didn't class them as anything special either. Just goes to show that this old movie still has a loyal fan base.
Anyone else been surprised by what they've seen so far?

Gratz Krafty!!
I just can't believe this - I mean, it's a very nice piece but...

The price just blows my mind - & it's not even over yet!
