Yup, that's the 5th Anniversary Memorial Sailor Moon 22K Gold card only availalble to people who bought the 5th Anniversary Memorial foil packs (send-in card was not featured in the PP version), received a winning card, and sent it in.
No - I'm not after it. I already have one.
I'll be interested to see how much it will sell for. They used to sell around $500 but, it's been many eons since I've actively collected and I have no clue how much they sell for now.
