I noticed those and couldn't believe that they could be originals. I guessed that they had writing on copies, but maybe you could talk RX into taking a look if you are really interested. 8)

Just by looking at the scans they look like originals . . .

1. The paper is slightly browned instead of white

2. The lines are grey rather than black

3. If they were copies with original markings, it would be really easy to tell the difference between the copied and the original markings.

Just my opinion. Don't stake your house on it. :D

I'd guess it's real. The pale gray of the pencil looks right. I've got one original storyboard and it came from Mandy. :D

I'm not big on storyboards either, but ... it's the only production art of any kind I've /ever/ seen for Yami, so I jumped. And hey, it went for dirt cheap. Some day I'll get around to scanning some of the pages into my gallery. Some of the bits with the demon are pretty nifty. And hey, I even got tiny shots of Tatsumi. ^_^

Wow! Those really did go cheap!

And yes, there really isn't a whole heckuva lot out there that's production from YnM. :(

You know, it still kills me that these went for under $100, whereas the original Daa! Daa! Daa! storyboards Mandy had up went for over $400. X| I mean, they were opening storyboards, but geez, I get full set-up cels for $10-15 a pop.
