Question about paying for Mandarake auctions

Post by majinuub »

The card I usually use to pay for Mandarake auctions is locked. I went to my bank today for an explaination and they said I had to order a new one which will take like 10 business days. I'm in a panic right now. I'm contacting Mandarake right now and explaining the situation. Do they take MO's or checks in case things like these happen?

As far as I know, they generally only take credit cards... but it's too soon to hyperventilate! Mandarake allows ten days to pay for an auction anyway, so it's probable that they'll let you have an extra couple of days leeway. :)

I'm with Moop. Mandarake should definately work with you. They worked with me in the past when I was having horrible credit card issues when trying to pay for a cel I had won.

:) Congrats on your new item!

Email them directly and explain. They won't care, the situation is understandable. They will give you the time you need to pay. They'd rather wait a few days and get their money than refuse your transaction all together, ya know? It's better business to just wait.

Good luck and don't panic! :)

Thanks for the replies everyone. I received a reply from them today saying that they're willing to wait until the card comes for me to pay :) . I'm so relieved.

Jeremy from Nakano's Mandarake is a cool guy !! :) and a friend of mine

like Nicolas in the past ( who is my partner for my cel shop for some time now )

If you have a problem to pay explain why and all will be cool

sometimes credit card don't work on their site !! it's very strange so ask for multiple and low payments !!

I remember : i had problem to pay 22 000 yen because my card was refused !! So i have paid 8000 + 8000 + 6000 yen and it worked well
very strange isn't it ??
