Actually, now, I am a little weary of Mandarake’s “exhibition cels”.
This new auction from the Nakano branch:
http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/auc_e/item ... 9280100003
pretty much matches this cel:
https://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/auc_e/ite ... 6743001423
which I won from the Akihabara branch in September.
With the lines being hand-drawn, the lack of background art, and not knowing where it was shown, I do find myself questioning its authenticity, and wondering if it is a fan cel.

Re: Mandarake
Wha! I don't want to ever hear about that Neo Mandarake thing ever again. I didn't know what it was when I first heard about it and I didn't think it was anything special that I needed to participate in later on... and now I've come across some closed auctions (if you know what I mostly collect, you know which two items I'm talking about), I about died. Died. If they ever have a similar thing in the future, though, I'm in no matter what. lol Haaa~ next time.... next time..........

Re: Mandarake
I'm still confused as to how Neo even works exactly. Is it a blind bidding system open only to those who purchase the magazine? Or is it something that is posted online and you can enter for a 1000 yen entry fee?
