What episode is that from? I don't remember Goku ever being in a car except for the driving school episode.

The genga set is from an eye catch sequence that has King Kai and bubbles in the car and Goku steps in front of the car to stop it. They would run it before and after a commercial. But the cel of Piccolo is from the filler eps just after the Trunks Saga while they're training for the androids. Goku takes a driving class with Piccolo

I may go for it, but don't expect too much from me. Too much spending lately and not enough selling.

If the shot was more of a face up shot I'd be all over it though.

I'd believe you if those cels were worthy of higher prices but they weren't. The images were small.
