Amazing Japanese Anime T-shirt Site

Post by Krafty »

During my browsing on YJ I noticed an anime/game T-Shirt that I'd like to get hold of.
In one of the seller's pics, the packaging had the company name on it, http://www.cospa.com so I clicked it to find out more.

WOW. This Japanese site does custom-made anime clothes and printed apparel, it's VERY cool and has some great designs.
Now, I'm a big T-shirt fan. Not that I like to buy BIG T-shirts, just collect a plentiful supply.

I saw this one and thought of Kymaera because one of his RS designs featured her.
Seeing the 20 pages of Hokuto no Ken shirts and trousers was very exciting, I want 6 or 7 of them and there are over 200 additional series as well via the Catalogue Page. I also noticed some more obscure titles which was a pleasant surprise!

Check it out if you have time. They do ship internationally too...

I picked up a nice Rozen Maiden t-shirt from their store in Akihabara last
spring. They certainly have a nice selection of t-shirt and cosplay items.
One thing to remember, though...Japanese t-shirt sizes are generally about
1 smaller than US sizes (so a Japanese L is about a US M).

So a few of you know about this store, that's cool!
$30 for a tshirt of this type isn't too much. Here in the UK anyway it costs around $50+ for a designer/branded T-shirt anyway and I know that I'd prefer one of these!

It was the new series of Viper shirts they're doing that interested me. They're current on YJ starting at 2,000y but as Ky mentions, their sizes are often a little smaller than western ones. I usually have a size L, but the Jap shirts need to be an XL to fit me comfortably with room for manoeuver.
I made that mistake after buying a few Size L shirts from Anime-List. *Doh*

Still, I could spend hours browsing this site. I'll probably get a few sometime...

I like that School Days Kotonoha shirt:

http://www.cospa.com/db/up.php?NO=4531894206392

It shows Kotonoha's face as she's about to hit the pavement in front of Sekai and Makoto. Spooky man! 8O
