Cels from Anime Jewell's Gallery - Up for Offers

Hi,

I will start looking at offers from April 1st until 11:59 PM on April 5th (Pacific Standard Time). I've hid a few things that I don't want to sell, but the majority are still up and I even added some this evening. There are some that I didn't hide that I'm really, really attached to so please don't be upset if I decline your offer. I will consider everybody's offer, but please don't be offended if I say no to your offer as I paid high for many of my nicer cels. I will try to email everybody within 12 hours of their emails to me and let them know if I'm not accepting their offer, or to please reoffer as their offer is too low, or if somebody else's offer is higher than theirs. I will try to keep in contact with everybody that's offer hasn't been initially declined to let them know the status of their offer. On April 6th, I will let everybody know if their final offers have been accepted.

If I let you know that your offer is accepted (and you are now in the running) and you have 10 cels and you know that you can't possibly pay for all of them, then please narrow your offers on the cels you most want so on April 6th when I let you know that your offers have been accepted and then you let me know you can only afford one as this isn't fair to the other collectors who believe that they aren't getting the cel.

I don't mind checking on specifics for about 5-10 cels per person, but please don't give me a list of 30 cels and want to know every detail about each cel. I will be happy to describe the condition of each cel to those who want more specifics for up to 5-10 cels.

All payment for the cels must be paid by April 19th. If they are over $300 and you need a little more time, then please let me know ahead of time and I will let your deadline be extended until May 1st. For a few over $500, I may extend it 2 more weeks if I am asked.

I accept cash (at your own risk), bank cashiers check, postal money order, and Paypal. I will accept Paypal up to $300 without asking for my fees to be covered (the fee I'm charged is about $3.00 per $100). If the amount is over $300 and you choose to pay with Paypal, then for every $100 after the first $300 you will need to add on $3.00.

If you are making an offer and don't live in the US, please let me know that you are from another country as that makes a difference in the type of payments that I will accept.

If you had wanted something and it's no longer visible, you can ask me about it; but more than likely it's a cel or sketch that I'm not willing to part with.
