This is a picture of the cel without and markers to indicate what keeps me from liking it. The most apparent in this picture is that the cel is mirrored.
In this picture I have circled the faults in red. The two circles in the hair are where some paint separation from the acetate has occured, you can see it in the color difference, the other fault is that in the face and near the eye there is some black paint bleedthrough, nothing obvious but noticed under scrutiny. Of course the cel is also mirrored from its original in the OVA.
