OOPS, yeah the cels that say NFS are open to offer but like everyone else, I'll want to at least make my money back on them and certain one's will need to be kicked up a notch or two

The new cels in my grasp actually cost me quite a bit with the rough exchange rate and tad higher deputy charges (I suggest buying lots/sets of cels to make up for this).
