One of our ferrets broke a tooth recently and needed surgery to fix the problem. Everything turned out really, really well, but the bill for the work ended up costing us more than we thought it would (more than $2,000).
While we were fortunate enough to be able to afford such a surgery, it did impact our budget significantly. In order to make things a little more bearable over the next few months, we wanted to trim a couple items from our collection.

Aw, poor thing! I hope your ferret feels better and adjusts well to the missing tooth! My cat recently had an ear infection from HELL. Six months and $2K in vet bills/medications later, I can totally relate to the $$$ pain.
