My husband left me and in his absence has left quite a bit of debt and then there is the divorce to attend to which in itself is messy and expensive. If I've denied you before now is the time to try again as I'm more open to selling. While nothing is off limits some things are still hard to part with and I'm not going to sell way under what I paid. If you're not comfortable making an offer I will do my best to price certain cels.
