I am looking for offers. I'd rather not quote prices. We can do payment plans. If you really want a cel, please think about how much you want it, the actual value of the cel, and what you'd really be willing to pay. Don't try to get a bargain or pay the least amount possible. Someone else will snatch it from you if you approach it this way.
