For many, buying a house........making a home is one of, if not the most important financial decision we will face in our lives.
Worryingly, owning a house nowadays is ever-increasingly becoming simply unattainable for some (locally, the "average" price for 3bdr property around Sydney ticked above the AUD1.1 million mark in December).
