I am not really an Utena collector but when I saw this at Otakon last year I had to have it. Anyway money is short right now and I need to sell it. The cel is in pristine condition. The cel is four layers. The sequence numbers are C13 and A25 two of the four layers dont have numbers one seems to be a correction layer. Comes with partial matching unstuck pencil sketch. There are two scans because I have two scanners. The cel is from the end of Utena when Anthy is taking the sword from Utena. I am new to offers myself so feel free to throw something out there I won't bite!
