Well, it looks like I am in the same boat as AnimeJewell in the sense that I need to move. I am moving soon, very soon due to the new owners of our apartment complex transforming these units into condo's.. They are already handing out eviction notices to everyone w/ a 3 bedroom unit and we expect to be hit within the month. >_< .......

Soooo in leu of getting up enough of a cushion to pad ourselves for moving expenses, new deposits, and down time from work should I need to change the kids school and such complete w/ items belonging to this family of 4. We need to lighten the load so-to-speak. This way we won't pull out from the we-are-not-supposed-to-touch-buy-a-house-in-florida savings account. ^_^;;

The items I absolutely can't part with at this time I have "hidden" all other items are up for best offers only. Currently I am going to accept offers for about a week. Some I may take, some of you I may pass, it all just depends.

ljupco, SqueakyGate & sensei are the people I have replied to via PM but I have been a bit busy and with spammers hitting my e-mail account hard.
