[Edit] I'm in a pinch for medical funds (EKG coming up, plus new medication. At this point, I'll entertain offers on the cels below, if you feel the price is too high. I'm not going to -give- them away, but I'll listen to any reasonable offers on the cels listed below.

Again, I will entertain offers on what's left in my gallery, but the ones not listed are dear to my heart, and it would take a lot of convincing and $$$ to let me turn them loose.

This is pretty much the final call. I can only take payment plans over the span of June to protect the buyer and myself. Plus, I have to go in for cardio evaluation in the end of June. I won't be putting these on ebay (fees are too expensive).

I believe that we still have a transaction in progress that started in July last year. I would really appreciate if you could send me the pictures that you took of the package in the post office and of the address because the cel has still not been received and i have no way of tracing it. Its been two months so i am getting concerned that is has been lost. Is there anyway that you post office could have held it again for grafitti?

Here you go, these are images of the package taken in the post office. I paid for it, took the pics, filled out the international green slip, and the clerk took it. I've done this before with international packages, as they sometimes have lengthy travels. These are HUGE images:

I will go check with the post office again, but they don't help much as they say it's untraceable. I will also go this week and try to see if there's a problem in the large hub in Greensboro, NC. This time, I had wrote "DO NOT BEND" on the top of the front, and the top of the back, I tried to make graffiti as little as possible, but I don't want people just to fold it and bend it all sorts of ways, plus it was hard cardboard backed.

I recently bought a Ah my goddess cel off ebay and HAVE NOT received the package, the seller is not responding to my emails.

In an email exchange using the above ebay name the person offered me the same cel that you have listed in this post. I have this saved in my account.

I rememember asking who they bought it from because i knew where it came from and the person could not remember.

Can you please explain because i am feeling like i have been scammed here.

I can tell you that NurseNikki on RS IS Nelia/Stargazer's Delight. I can also tell you that it took a very, very long time for the cel I bought from her to come here - apparently her post office or something is weird with customs.
EDIT- Proof that the ebay seller is Nelia.. if you look at her feedback with the negative she links to her photobucket account.. which has the name NurseNikki on it.
.. I really don't understand why Nelia has been so unreliable in the community lately..

So, let me see if I have this straight. You purchased a cel back in July 2007, but never received it because it was returned by the post office for graffiti a couple of times (Deja vu...I'm currently reliving my darkest cel experience from that exact moment in time).

Then it may have been sent out in March 2008, a mere 8 months after you purchased the cel, but it still hasn't arrived.

In March 2008, you won a cel on eBay from a seller called samuraironin147, and you haven't received the cel in over 2 months?! You noticed the photo that was in the auction was changed after the auction ended and was replaced with a photo of the cel Nelia is selling here for $200. So you figured out samuraironin and Nelia are the same, further confirmed by Sletia's observation that the negative feedback response she left on eBay has a photobucket link with "NurseNikki" on it. NurseNikki and Nelia are one, no secret there.

So it seems at least on the second transaction regarding eBay, Nelia obviously still owes you one of the following 1) the cel you purchased on eBay that was described as infected Holy Bell's face and Belldandy in torment (the picture of that cel is no longer there), or 2) the cel she has listed for $200 of infected Holy Bell since that is the cel now showing on the listing (but you may already have a similar cel and may not want it), or 3) a refund if she obviously doesn't have any intention of sending you the cel(s) you purchased from her.

C'mon Nelia, you said you've changed, now prove it and live up to your words. Send the poor girl the cels she purchased!

Thanks for the questions Roboflonne, here are the answers.

Proof, The sketch of the correct cel I bought is still listed in Nikkis stargazers Delight gallery. It is the last listing in the Ah my goddess Movie section.(You can check the the cel/sketch number is listed on both ebay as well as the nikkis gallery A30). The description if you read it on ebay matches that and not the picture that is there currently. The picture that is there now does not match the description, if you look at the picture side by side with the one listed in this post it is exactly the same I don’t think anyone will deny that. Why the picture was replaced after the auction finished, I have no idea, only nikki can answer that.

I did indeed ask for either tracking or insurance after Nikki attempted to send the cel 4 times previously. I commented that I felt we had been jinxed by the failed previous attempts and that it would be best for both parties if it was insured/had tracking. I have the email in my sent box. I also asked for a refund (which I think I was entitled to after 8 months and she admitted in an email that the cel was still in her possession) but both requests were ignored and after my requests it was still sent and sent normal post and hence why I am in the situation where the cel has been lost and we can’t find where.

I have been cel collecting for 5 years and own over 1000 cels and sketches I very rarely get EMS (because the cost is generally more than the cel) I do get insurance on costly packages however. All of those cels/sketches were bought overseas. I also sell and send all my packages by airmail. In that time I have only NOT received 3 packages. One was a sailor moon cel bought off ebay (the seller not the package went MIA) One was a cel from Nikki and the third only discovered today was the seller who turned out also to be Nikki.

I am extremely surprised by your comment that about 15% airmail is lost. Going by that I should have lost about 150 cels /sketches over the years.
If that is a fact I have been extremely lucky until this point.

Let me clear this up right here and now.

SamuraiRonin147 is Brett, my boyfriend. He lives in Ohio, has his own separate paypal, ebay, email, address, myspace, even cel gallery, yadda yadda and LIFE. I was too sick to even sign on because of what's going on right now, and he sold cels that he was GIVEN a while back by ME. He never purchased anything from me.

The sketch that matches the cel that Cris bought on Ebay? He's my boyfriend, so we actually did a cel ritual that we've always done - he gets a cel or sketch, and I get the matching one. This is nothing new, and the sketch that's in my gallery DOES match a cel that HE had, that's why there's a sketch for a cel in there. On that note, I will gladly send it to her so that she has the cel and sketch matching together.

As far as using my photobucket? YES, we shared it for the auction listings. He even used my descriptions, I think, in the auctions, because he knows nothing at all hardly about cels.

This is the first time I've heard about this infected Holy Bell from Cris. And it's NOT the infected Holy Bell that Cris bought that is posted here, that one is actually already sold. If he sold that infected holy bell howling, then that's not my transaction. If she bought the cel from him, then she needs to email him about it. I know for a fact that he mailed out about five or six things when he came to visit me a month or so ago, but I don't know when he mailed it out.

What WE are talking about is a cel of TEEN Belldandy with Celestine that was shipped out to her friend, who purchased the cel. I shipped it, have the receipt AND PROOF that the package even had the POSTAGE STAMP on it from pictures! IT WAS SHIPPED. I even refunded shipping to her! I offered to give her the money back, but the cel WAS shipped out, and if I did that, I'd be out $125 PLUS a cel.

What should I do, then? What would you expect me to do? This is one of the reasons why I don't like to and may actually STOP international shipping except to select few people, because I can't do anything once it's been shipped. Like I said before, out of probably three hundred transactions, this is one of the maybe three that have gone bad in the last four years of cel collecting I've done.

Nelia is willing to send you the free sketch if you pay for Shipping... I would suggest EMS, since that is trackable.

It looks reasonable that Nelia's boyfriend uses the same description...

Reasons being... I have never ever heard of Nelia refering to herself as a RoninSamurai... It would be so out of character that it wouldn't make sense. And I'm guessing her boyfriend knows much less about Ah My goddess, and copied and pasted Nelia's description.

Nelia has posted the pictures of Reciept and Postage Stamps...

And you didn't pay for Express Mail or Insurance to save on shipping. The reason people pay $25+ for Express Mail and Insurance is because it's much safer then Airmail.

The cel you bought was $125... I would have paid $25 for the expressmail and insurance. Think of the Expressmail charge as a deputy charge...

You didn't pay for Expressmail/Insurance; and Nelia has provided proof that she sent the Cel.

I've always had bad luck with Airmail... but that's why I always pay for Insurance and Expressmail on rare/Expensive items...

Nelia has sent you pictures of the package being shipped, it even had your address on it.

Having only 1 out of 1000 cels shipped to be lost is being a bit unrealistic for Airmail.

I recommend strongly to use EMS on all expensive items.

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone cen halp me get in touch with Nelia/Nurse Nikki?

I have at last conceded that the cel that i bought in July last year has been lost. The second cel purchased through nikkis partner as explained in previous posts is as of yet to arrive.

The cel was purchased through Ebay and paid for by Paypal on March 13th (i have the receipt) a little while later i emailed both the seller (nikkis parter) and nikki asking where the cel was as i still had not received it.

After weeks of emailing i got this reply
"We found the cel. It was mixed up in a box that had about 25 cels in it, and was completely camouflaged." From Nikki

Taking RoboFlonnes advice (Thank you) I asked Nikki to send me the cost to have the package insured so that i was covered this time around.

This payment was sent to Nikki on July 3rd (again i have a paypal receipt)

In the past two months i have tried contacted her numerous though both her rubberslug gallery as well as her email address asking her when she had sent the package. I got one reply weeks ago saying that she hadnt checked her paypal yet and has yet to reply again.

At this stage i dont know what to do as she just doesnt return any of the emails i am sending. Can anyone please tell me if they have heard from her or give me ay advice.
