A1. Sometimes I can answer this question and sometimes I can't.

Q2. What constitutes a fair offer?
A2. There are many factors in cel pricing (emotional attachment, quality, buy price, market state...), so please rely on your good sense.

Q3. Do you accept payment plans?
A3. If your order total is greater than $300, we can talk. I usually cap off a payment plan at 2-4 weeks out.

Q4. Will you ship internationally?
A4. Yes.

Q5. What payment methods do you accept?
A5. Paypal is preferred. USPS money orders are also accepted.

Q6. Best way to contact? Email, PM, or RS feedback?
A6. I find email the easiest, but you can use the other methods as well.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the offer period! I'm very happy with the outcome. I'll try to designate more solid prices and post them here soon. At this point I am finding I have less time to appreciate my collection, so a trim down is in order.

p.s. - I returned my gallery to its normal state, so all cels hidden during the offer period are now unlocked.
