Telephone cards?

Do people (outside of Japan) still collect telephone cards? I've got a couple of Sailor Mars phone cards and was wondering if they're even worth anything, anymore...

It seems they still command a pretty penny as I've seen
some go for as much as a cel.

Of course it depends on the series, rarity, and well..
the ones that bid it up are mostly japanese bidders.

Might be worth takin a look on yhj to see
what the SM ones command and what activity is on them.
