We are buying a house, so we are opening up our gallery to offers on cels. We'll accept offers on anything, even NFS-marked cels, but if you offer on a NFS-cel please understand those are ones we are not going to take really low offers- we would rather keep them.
If you absolutely aren't sure what to offer on a cel that's super rare, we won't be offended if you ask a ballpark. Please don't ask for ballparks on everything though, because we are moving and in escrow and answering e-mails in that level of detail is beyond me at the moment ^^: (/brain fried). You can always re-offer if we decline.
