Please read EVERYTHING below before contacting us! I know it is long, but your patience & attention are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Yoshito and I have been contemplating an even more drastic reduction in what remains of our once-enormous cel gallery. The reality for us is that there isn't as much love to spread around to all the cels and sketches we currently own anymore, so we'd like to narrow things down some more, if possible. The result is an upcoming offers period that will last for a single weekend.
Since we really don't know how much serious interest there will be, this offers period will be short and is being posted in advance to give you some time to consider making good offers. Those are key words, folks: GOOD offers. We are getting down to our best/nicest/most expensive cels left in the gallery, so please please consider this when making an offer. We understand that some of our cels will not fetch what they once did, but there are cels we are more inclined to keep than to sell at huge losses, depending on the circumstances.
There are sections that we are specifically looking to reduce the size of or perhaps eliminate entirely in some cases, so please feel free to make a serious offer on just about anything. We will even consider or listen to offers on sections of the gallery that we do not typically EVER think twice about, as well (though there are some sections that will take a large sum to pry from us).
Our gallery is located at: http://www.zero-space.net/gallery2/
Please note: We do not care if we sell just one cel or 20, or even none. This isn't about needing money, this is about finding new, good homes for cels that we just don't have as much love for anymore. This is also possibly your only chance to get us to consider selling some of those rare items that we have always declined offers on in the past (hankens, OP cels & sketches, etc). Do not miss it, as I do not know if the chance will arise again. Depending on how this period goes, we may simply choose to keep these items indefinitely.
**** NOTE: I am willing to field INQUIRIES/QUESTIONS about cel condition, sketches, and other similar details for the next few days PRIOR to and DURING the offers period. Please combine all of your questions into a SINGLE MESSAGE if possible (in other words, please don't send me 10 messages in a row, each asking about a different item -- I'll probably get annoyed with you and ignore you -- THINK about your messages before you hit "send" -- this isn't texting

How to contact us/make an offer:
Please use the contact form on our gallery (contact link on the main menu) or contact zerospace via PM on Beta. Please follow the instructions below when contacting us.
0) If you're making an offer, and not just asking a question, please make sure it is between August 23 and August 26 (Pacific Time). This isn't military, so I'm not going to say midnight, etc. I'm just going to start answering messages on the 23rd, and quit at the end of the day on the 26th. If your message arrives before then or after then, I'll just ignore or delete it.
1) Please provide LINKS to the item(s) you are asking about. I'm not going to hunt in my gallery for "that tenchi cel on page 3 with washu & so-and-so" ok? Great. Thanks.

2) Please provide your own gallery link, if possible, and/or a link to an active eBay account with feedback, or something (rubberslug ID) to identify that you're a reputable person. This is helpful if you're making a high offer. If you cannot provide either of these, you will need to give your real name (first and last) with your offer. No exceptions.
3) Please provide your location (country if outside the USA, zip code if inside the USA) with your offer. This serves 2 purposes: a) if you have to tell me who you are and where you live, you're probably serious about your offer, and b) It allows me to evaulate shipping costs in my first response to you, which eliminates one additional step in communication, a step that sometimes is the point where a lot of deals fall through, I might add

4) If your offer includes the cost of shipping, please make this clear -- and also make sure that you've provided your location information. It's hard to consider an offer that includes shipping if I don't know what the approximate shipping cost will be.

Payments & Shipping:
Methods: All payments are via PayPal. Period. I am a PayPal verified seller with over 900 positive feedbacks on eBay, 100% positive, and with 5-star detailed seller ratings. I also have 100% positive feedback on Etsy. I work hard to maintain those ratings!
Payment time: You will have 1 week from when your offer is accepted to make your payment. Failure to make arrangements or pay within this time will result in permanent blacklisting. If you know you will need more time than this, please make sure that you tell us this when you make your offer!
Payment plans: Payment plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis and ARE an option. Because we are looking for serious offers, we will consider payment plans for those who really want to make an offer, but cannot afford to make a lump sum payment on something really expensive. To get a payment plan, you will need to follow the instructions above for contacting us properly, AND you will absolutely have to provide your name & some sort of evidence that you're a reputable person (eBay account, buyer or seller account on other sites, etc -- anything we can verify).
Shipping: Shipping is calculated & via USPS Priority Mail or Express, domestic and international. International packages MUST be traceable. If your offer includes shipping, please note what type of shipping you want (Priority or Express, insured or not). Otherwise, you'll be presented with these options upon making a successful offer. I ship with 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, nearly without fail. If anything delays your package, I will let you know immediately.

If you've made it this far in this post, congrats & thank you for taking the time to read everything. I do tend to babble, so thanks for reading most of it. Please visit our gallery if you're interested in making a deal with us: http://www.zero-space.net/gallery2/
I realize that this list of instructions & rules sounds pretty ... scary and mean and ugly. But, based on past experiences, it's also kind of necessary. I promise you, I'm not really mean or nasty, I'm just looking for ways to weed out those who aren't *really* serious this time, and the bargain hunters (offer periods are usually not where you snag good deals). I've sold artwork to lots of you here on Beta, on eBay, etc -- so, many of you know that I'm generally very easy going and polite & nice about everything (I hope! hahaha). I also expect you to behave the same way, of course

Thanks & we hope to hear from some of you this weekend!
