To be fair I have only ever received good service from Nelia. Great communication, service and cels...which all arrived in good condition due to great packaging from her. Cels double backed in hard cardboard and all individually placed in cel bags with extras.

I don't know what’s happening with you guys and again I'm not justifying things with her, but see whether you can sort things out via email. I hope it all gets sorted though.

Same here. I talked to her on IM a week ago and told her she should make things better.. but she didn't seem to care too much about the negative stories of previous transactions with her. :I "They're in the past," she said.
I don't know what to say. She's my friend, but.. what she's doing lately.. I don't know what's going on.

Wow, sorry to hear what you guys are going through. I've kept pretty quite and have only spoken to Shampoo & Wendy lately (no, I'm not stalking them, anime art related subjects lol).

I'm not defending Nelia, but I've dealt with her and my cels were sent in a flat priority box. They arrived safely. I bought directly from her rubberslug site. It was about a year ago. I usually write notes next to people I've dealt with and I wrote, nice to deal with and items packaged packaged well. That is why I am so confused that she would do the things that I am reading. I mean, she buys cels and dougas/gengas from ebay, so she knows the importants of packaging.

I hope everything gets resolved for everyone. Everytime I hear stuff like this, it makes me more nervous to buy outside of an official auction.

My cels arrived fine and were packaged very well. I'm just upset that the sketch wasn't included. She hasn't responded to my e-mails though.

In every e-mail that I send to sellers that I buy from always include my address and everything I bought....

It tends to prevent these things from happening if you make it easier for them
